Mount Snap Server Drive

Orange, you take me for a rabbit than 3 weeks?

a fright. A big scare when this message appeared on my phone:

Screen01

Ni one or two, I cut the connections, the automatic sync, in short, anything that uses little or no connection to the interweb. Then, once my brain returned to the place, I begin to analyze the trick.

I purchased the Internet option Max there is a lease, which allows you to surf in an "unlimited" all over the web, with the usual caveats (over 500 MB, flow shrunk, no P2P, no VOIP ...). I said that my mobile use is confined to Twitter, the viewing of sites (blogs, newspapers in the large majority), Facebook a little, and the permanent sync with Exchange. I do not use 'm not subscribed to any service charges.

Internet Max

So I read it, huh, that access to any Internet is a flat, nowhere do I hear of another billing, payment for that package or exceeded whatnot. At best, go to Orange riquiqui flow, but at no time, no one talks to me about overcharging for something.

obviously Dare Dare I call customer service, ready to go in the blubber of the person who will answer me. I came across a lovely person who basically told me "I do not know what it is without doubt a mistake, do you do not, there will be no overcharging, forget this message. " She was right, this lady, I have not had a surprise in my bill.

However, I have always this message now, when I open too many pages at once. It's painful. And I do not know if this bug is voluntary or not, kind of intimidation to make me pass on another more expensive option. The lingering impression is quite unpleasant.

So Orange, instead of your personal suicide, or take people for fools with your flip-flopping on the billing of VAT that is finally going to make you gift (a phenomenon very well described in Pingoo ), solves this bug!

To nip in the bud the trolls who will tell me to go to SFR or Bouygues or another, I immediately say I like Orange, the only people who have a true 3G network is available almost everywhere, despite its faults and his attempts t'endoffer soon as possible. SFR shall never see me with their offerings designed so that you do not understand anything if you do not have a postgraduate degree in Marketing and another in finance, and Bouygues has a rotten system.
