Here is a plugin that allows iSync to sync a SonyEricsson K530i with Leopard.
Download this archive then install it.
Then launch iSync, then add phone (I tested using Bluetooth) and from that moment that it is possible to sync iCal, Address Book and use the phone as a 3G modem.
