For some time, the bluetooth on my Hackintosh deactivates itself from time to time ... I do not know why, but even by disconnecting and reconnecting my BT dongle UST nothing do: bluetooth present but inactivating ... I found a small program that reactive alone bluetooth ... I named: iSync.
Initially the software will launch operations synchronization via iSync automatically and programmed .. but it also allows to manage the activation of bluetooth:)
